11:45 AM – Arrival Time
12:00 PM – Pot Luck Luncheon
Members bring a main dish, side dish, salad, bread, or dessert to share. Time during the meal allows members and friends to socialize with each other.
Drinks will be provided by the Hospitality Team.
12:45 PM – Club Business and Q&A
Following the meal, we will spend time catching up with Club business and news. Any questions members have about Club projects, programs, and planning for future projects and programs will be answered.
