Harvesting and Preparing Fall Vegetables

Presented by Corinne and Matt Stum—owners of Back River Bistro in Wiscasset Corinne and Matt will focus on growing and harvesting fall vegetables, including squash identification and preparation. They will include their cooking skills as Master Chefs and also their love of gardening.
