Program:  "Invasive Plants and the Challenge of Ethical Gardening"

As gardeners have learned that our gardens can play a role in ecological health, we've also become more aware of the problem of invasive plants. This presentation examines what we mean by an "invasive" plant and the role of the ornamental horticultural trade in creating the invasive plant list and regulations, and consider how gardeners can make plant choices that ensure our gardens are part of the solution rather than part of the problem.
