Steps for publicizing monthly Programs:

Confirmation: Check with the Program Director to confirm program details, speaker bio, and any changes.
Flyers: Design flyer. Contact the flyer team to split up posting (Wiscasset, Damariscotta, others).
Inform Local Event Calendars: Email event info (and image) to: Wiscasset Creative Alliance, Lucia Droby, Ludroby@verizon.net Wiscasset Area Chamber-Commerce, Patricia Cloutier, info@wiscassetchamber.com
Newspaper Article: Write an article for press release. Include "author name, phone number, photo credit, names of people in photos. Subject "Article for Submission"
