On Thursday, June 4th, members of the Garden Club of Wiscasset gathered at the First Congregational Church for our annual Appreciation Luncheon. This year’s theme, "Let’s Bloom Together," was a beautiful reminder of the friendship, dedication, and shared passion that keeps our club thriving year after year.

It was a wonderful opportunity to step back from our busy gardening schedules, catch up with dear friends, and express our deep gratitude to everyone who

contributes their time and talents to our community.

During the event, President Sheila Scott took a special moment to express the club's deep gratitude for the exceptional contributions and tireless efforts of several key members. Heartfelt acknowledgments were given to Tina Sidney, Emily Alder, Geneie Everett, and Lisa Freeman for their incredible dedication to the club's mission.

Additionally, Elizabeth Woods was warmly recognized for her beautiful artistic contributions that have brought so much visual joy to our group this past year.

Of course, the afternoon was made even sweeter by a truly spectacular menu! Attendees enjoyed a wonderful spread featuring savory quiche, a refreshing spinach and watermelon salad, and a perfectly sweet creme brûlée to top it all off.

A massive thank you goes out to everyone who helped organize, decorate, and host this lovely event, as well as to everyone who attended.
