Presentation: Using and Preserving Your Garden Harvest Presented by Christine Burns Rudalevige, Sustainable fish specialist, chef, food writer, cookbook author, certified cheese judge, and cooking instructor.
Christine shared great ideas for using what's still hanging out in our garden. With delicious samples to go around, she demonstrated how to quick-pickle the last of the vegetables, preserve the herbs, and put up the plum tomatoes without a big mess. The presentation can be found here:
